I highly doubt it. Just think what water in general does to your curly hair. Chemicals are what straighten hair, or heat in the short term.Are there any shampoos that can make hair straight? If yes what are the names of the shampoos?

straightner is ur best bet, but they do have this after shower leave-in coditioner that makes it straight but ceramic straightners work best
try super skinny from paul mitchell it may work.
My hair is also very curly and i had a perm done in very large rollers it really relaxed the curl , or try rinsing your hair in beer after you wash it (leave the beer in ) and blow dry
works well, hope this helps
washing your hair in rain water is good i hear, never tried it though.
