i usually go from pantene, herbal essense, loreal vive, dove.


it is good to switch up your shampoo once in a while.


if you are using a shampoo for...lets say...split ends.


your hair will become immune to it after awhile.


i switch shampoo every time i run out.


and going for whatever goes on sale....saves you money :D
